How to be Healthy in 10 Steps

Ten steps to make your health better:

1. Eat the nutritious food everyday.

2. Exercise minimal three times a week in the morning

3. Don’t smoke!

4. Don’t eat too many foods!

5. Avoid hi-fat foods

6. Always take a bath twice a day

7. Don’t drink coffee too much

8. Always check your health to doctor

9. Sleep enough

10. Keep to clean of our environment
